Product Support Business Development Team has successfully launched the first phase of its Cat Care Meeting Caravan in 5 areas Philwide with a total of six groups representing the construction, mining, quarrying, and aggregate machine customers. 

The events were graced by the presence of Caterpillar representatives namely Brian Johnson of Parts Marketing from Kuala Lumpur District. Also joined in by Nicholas Chung, Preventive Maintenance Consultant of Asia Pacific in Singapore; Melvin Goh, Service Operations Representative also based in Singapore and Dave Woodward from Product Support CAT Global Mining of Asia Pacific North Region. This was also joined in by our Monark team mates who have shown their constant support, headed by Raphael Gozum, General Manager; Leo Austria, Vismin Sales Manager; Jones Estalane, Luzon Sales Manager and Service Managers, Ver Lacambacal and Erwin Marquez.

The events were designed to enhance relationship among Product Support customers, generate and identify sales leads in parts and services. This 1-day training seminar entitled “Keep ‘em Running” enabled the customers to be updated on  topics on how to keep their equipment running thus ensuring higher productivity.

Some customers as far as Bicol and La Union were also able to attend the seminar during the Luzon events. For the District Caravan, there were customers as far as Maguindanao, South Cotabato and General Santos who joined the Davao seminar; also from Bohol and Leyte for Cebu; and Zamboanga during the Cagayan de Oro Cat Care.
