Mechanics

  1. Customer will be entitled to 1 raffle entry for every 10,000php worth of purchase of any CAT Parts (with oils) and 1 raffle entry for every 2,000php worth of purely Cat Oil purchased
  2. Double raffle entry (x2) if customer will successfully purchase through PCC
For every CAT parts transaction, it must include at least 1 CAT Oils (regardless of packaging) and the minimum transaction amount is Php 10,000 1-Raffle entry
For purely CAT Oils purchase, minimum Php 2,000 transaction amount required. 1-Raffle Entry

  • Over The Counter customer must fill out the online raffle registration form assisted by the parts counter and clearly indicate the following; Email / Date of Registration / Customer Name / Address / Company Name Contact # >>> To be filled up by our Parts Counter team are the following fields Type of Purchase / Customer # / Invoice # / Invoice Amount.
  • PCC Customers will be validated by Monark. Customers will be informed of their raffle entries thru the provided email address in the registration form. A team in Monark will be in-charge of sending the raffle confirmation to the customer
  • Both walk-on and online customer’s data from 2.a will be collated in an excel file to be used as basis for the Weight (No. of Entries) in the electronic raffle draw. The file consists of the following data.

Customer Name / Reference No. / Weight (No. of entries)

    1. Deadlines for receiving the entries will be on Dec. 15, 2023. Draw date will be on Dec 22, 2023, 11:00 am and will be aired/live on Monark Equipment Corp.’s official Facebook page.
    2. 10 consolation prize winners and 3 major prize winners will be notified through registered mail from Monark Equipment Corporation. Winners name and photo will be published in the Official Facebook of Monark Equipment Corporation.
    3. Customer can only win once. In case a name was drawn more than once, the winner shall get the prize of higher value.
    4. Winners can claim his/her prize at Monark Equipment Corporation’s Head Office in Economia Rd. Quezon City. Winners who are unable to claim prize personally due to proximity of area, shall shoulder and arrange shipping requirements.
    5. Winners must present 1 valid ID (e.g., driver’s license, passport, SSS ID) and a valid copy of the winning raffle entry (Email Screenshot/Registration form)
    6. Persons redeeming prizes as representative of the company must present an authorization letter granted by the representing company and should be verified by Monark-CAT before issuing the prize.
    7. Redemption Period of prizes shall be within 60 days from receipt of notification. Prizes not claimed shall be forfeited in favor of Monark Equipment Corporation with prior approval from DTI.
    8. Prizes are transferable but not convertible to cash.
    9. Prizes are tax free (20% tax exceeding Php10,000.00 shall be shouldered by Monark Equipment Corporation) but winners shall shoulder other incidental expenses such as SHIPPING, REGISTRATION, INSURANCE and etc.
    10. All employees of Monark Equipment Corporation and their relatives up to second degrees of affinity or consanguinity, as well as participating dealers and advertising agencies are disqualified from joining the raffle.

     

    DRAW PROCESS

     

    1. All raffle entries will be consolidated in one venue in a file format:  qualified by the chosen electronic raffle drawer RANDOMPICKER
