Warranty Information
Generally, warranty for parts purchased on Parts.Cat.Com is 12 months from the invoice date as defined in the Caterpillar Limited Warranty. All parts must be returned in original packaging, parts in damaged packaging will not be accepted for return. Parts for returns are only accepted under the following conditions. Returns will only be entertained within 60 days from the date of purchase together with accompanying proof of purchase.
