Job Summary:

Qualifications:

Job Summary:

Supervises and coordinates the MIS Help Desk (iDesk). Consults the vendors and MIS technical teams in evaluating problem solutions designed to facilitate efficient end user use of Monark’s computing resources. Responsible in coordinating problem reporting, recognition, research, isolation and resolution.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of any four (4) year computer-related course
  • With five to six (5-6) years’ experience in an IT support/ helpdesk management capacity in a user-oriented environment.

Administrator – Business System

Job Summary:

Ensures Dealer Systems Availability & End-users systems access, while ensuring the data integrity within the company’s set policies & guidelines with the objective of supporting business continuity & productivity.

Technical Support – PC and Network

Job Summary:

Provides the technical assistance and support in the installation, testing, repair and maintenance of microcomputer, its peripheral systems and software packages within the company’s computer environment.

Qualifications:

Senior Officer I – Financial Planning, Reporting, Analysis and Accounting

Job Summary:

Responsible in generating accurate and timely financial reports of the Company and its Business Units; in-charge in the coordination and execution of internal and external financial reporting functions; and in financial planning and budgeting activities. Leads the reconciliation and analysis activities, reviews and analyzes the expenses to ascertain accuracy and reasonableness to help business units manage expenses.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy
  • With six years (6) in Finance or Accounting, of which Four (4) years in General Accounting or Financial Reporting; Two (2) years supervisory capacity

Job Summary:

  • Graduate of any Engineering course

Advisor – Service

Job Summary:

Assesses service requests, proposes solutions, provides accurate and timely quotations using standard jobs, endorses service work orders for execution, and coordinates with appropriate sections within business unit’s administrative and operational policies and standards with the objective of ensuring work order profitability and customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of any Engineering course.
  • With three to four (3-4) years’ experience in heavy equipment or generator set services
  • With a good grasp of Heavy Equipment & Generator Set and their components
  • Must have good analytical and communication skills to properly address service requests and propose solutions and quotations

Representative – Customer Care

Job Summary:

Executes Telemarketing calls, generates daily administrative reports and monitors sales leads within all the Business Units of Monark Equipment with the objective of supporting marketing activities that would lead to exposure, possible sales lead generation, building customer relationships and acquiring market and business intelligence.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of any four (4) year course or any Communication and Administration courses
  • Responsible in the monitoring of sales leads, administrative reports, and support in the marketing activities

Junior Officer – Marketing Systems

Job Summary:

Administers, generates, and maintains the Marketing Systems within Monark Equipment with the objective of ensuring quality data and aid in Sales Representative’s performance. Job Summary:

Job Summary:

Provides assistance in administering Company’s property insurance policies in order to ensure that Company’s properties and assets are fully covered at all times. Make proper review of documents, coordination, and consultation with end-users, business units, TMs, customers and external providers to ensure that insurance related transactions are carried out and processed in accordance with the insurance policy terms and conditions to maximize the value of insurance coverage and serve its intended purpose. Process, review and submit on time accurate and complete insurance claims aimed to avoid denials and get full settlement.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of any Business Course such as Finance, Accounting, Economics, Marketing, Math, Computer Science, and Statistics

Job Summary:

Job Summary:

Job Summary:

Responsible in supervising earthworks equipment and operators such as excavator, dozer, grader and haul trucks.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of BS in Civil Engineering
  • With three (3) years’ on site experience in horizontal construction encompassing earth movement, roads/highways and water systems
  • With two (2) years’ experience in design and 3D modeling of earth works, road works and water systems
  • Proven proficiency in 3D earthworks modeling software such as Civil 3D, 12D or TBC
