MEET OUR 2025–2026 GLOBAL OPERATOR CHALLENGERS!
The road to the world stage begins here. 

We’re proud to introduce 12 of the finest heavy equipment operators from across our network—representing the skill, dedication, and heart of Filipino talent. These challengers will compete in the Global Operator Challenge local leg happening on June 20, 2025, hosted by Monark Equipment.

They’ll face tough tests of precision, speed, and control—all on CAT machines built for performance. And they’re not just competing for themselves, but for their teams, companies, and communities.

This challenge isn’t just a competition—it’s a celebration of expertise, resilience, and pride in the operator profession. These men move mountains (literally!), and their skill plays a vital role in building infrastructure, driving development, and powering industries across the country.

🏁 The journey doesn’t stop here. Winners of the local leg will advance to the Asia Pacific semifinals in Japan, and from there, the global finals in Las Vegas, USA—where the best of the best will compete on the world stage.
