Copy of unexpired DTI Registration Papers & Company Profile
Copy of Customer’s Business Permit/s and Certificate of Business Name Registration
Copy of latest Contractor’s License/Grading issued by Philippines Contractors Accreditation Board
For Borrower: Copy of TIN Card and any two of the following IDs: Passport, Driver’s License, SSS/UMID, GSIS, Senior Citizen card, Voter’s ID, PRC ID. All IDs to be submitted must be valid and unexpired.
For Guarantor: Copy of TIN Card and any two of the following IDs: Passport, Driver’s License, SSS/UMID, GSIS, Senior Citizen card, Voter’s ID, PRC ID. All IDs to be submitted must be valid and unexpired.
