Updated CVA Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: August 1, 2021

  1. Cancellation made at least 2 weeks before schedule confirmation will be accommodated and rescheduled on the earliest available slot free of charge.
  2. One-week cancellation – will be rescheduled on earliest available slot with additional premium on labor to be billed accordingly, if applicable.
  3. Same day cancellation – Customer will pay the labor cost and will be rescheduled on the earliest available slot. Additional premium on labor to be billed accordingly, if applicable.
  4. Monark will provide written notifications to customers that are not confirming the scheduled visit. Customer is responsible to inform Monark of any changes in contact details.
    1. if customer opted to have the parts delivered, Monark will supply parts and tag it as completed activity. If customer requested to perform the PM on a later date, it will be scheduled as Revenue Job and be billed outside the contract.
  5. Discussion of pre-termination of contract and billing of the remaining total contract costs after 3 unanswered written notifications.
  6. Regardless of what was previously indicated or found elsewhere in the agreement, any failures or downtime, directly or indirectly, resulting from, arising out of or as a consequence of any extended PMs and cancellations will not be considered under warranty.
