In celebration of Monark Equipment Corporation’s 38th anniversary and Caterpillar’s Centennial, we went beyond business to live out a deeper purpose—serving communities and building a legacy of compassion and faith.

This year, Monark partnered with Regina RICA (Rosarii Institute for Contemplation in Asia) for the construction of a new shrine in Sinuda, Kitaotao, Bukidnon, a remote area nestled in the mountains of Mindanao. The project brings not just heavy equipment and construction support—it brings hope, access, and spiritual upliftment to a community that has long yearned for it.

A Mission Rooted in Purpose

The Regina RICA Shrine in Bukidnon is more than a religious structure. It represents a safe haven for prayer, healing, and unity, open to both the faithful and the curious. Located in a geographically challenging area, the construction demanded not just faith, but strength—and that’s where Monark and Caterpillar stepped in.

With the use of Caterpillar’s powerful machines and Monark’s dedicated support, the early construction phase of the shrine was made possible. From land preparation to hauling and leveling, every movement of earth was a step closer to building a sacred space for generations to come. 

 More Than Machines: A Heart for Service

This charitable initiative is part of Monark’s broader advocacy to align its operations with a greater mission—“Equipment with a Heart.” In a place where physical access is tough and resources are scarce, we believe our presence should mean progress—not only in infrastructure but also in human dignity and spiritual growth.

By supporting the Regina RICA Shrine, we uplift not just structures, but souls. This project reminds us that while machines move the ground, it’s compassion that moves people.
